Which plan do I need?
It depends on your licence. Family child care homes and group family child care homes use the Home plan. Licensed centres use the Centre plan, whatever their number of spaces.
How does the free trial work?
Your first plan starts with 7 days free. After the trial, the plan continues at the monthly or yearly price you chose. You can cancel from Plan and billing in the app.
Do staff and parents pay anything?
No. Your plan covers every account. Staff and families join with an invite code.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans each year.
We're a small family home. Is it too much for us?
No. Mabel Nest was made with one-caregiver homes in mind. The Home plan is $29 a month, you can set it up in an afternoon, and you only see the parts a home needs.
What if our daycare grows?
Your records come with you. If your licence changes from a home to a centre, you change your licence type in the app and the matching rules and plan apply.
Is tax included?
No. Saskatchewan PST of 6% is added at checkout.
